Leadoro is an AI-powered lead automation platform that helps local businesses automate WhatsApp conversations. The service includes automated AI replies to customer messages, lead capture, and a business dashboard for managing inquiries.

2. Service Availability

Leadoro is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control including third-party API dependencies (WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenAI).

3. Subscription & Billing

Leadoro operates on a subscription model with manual billing. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are communicated directly by the Leadoro team. Businesses are responsible for timely payment to maintain active service.

4. Acceptable Use

Businesses must use Leadoro in compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and applicable laws. The service must not be used for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's terms of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leadoro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Leadoro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the data practices described therein.
